Emma, 11 days old: Newborn Baby Photography Session.

Emma came for her newborn photography session last week, and was just a dream to photograph. She slept the whole time with barely a peep, and just look at those cheeks! We photographed her first on a neutral beige background, then on a pink and in some props (the wooden heart and in the tiny bed with an antique, hand stitched quilt). We also put her in a little bowl, and then photographed her on a beautiful Luneberry rug in white. Emma’s big sister came along and we did some sweet photos of the two of them on the rug, as well as some family photos on a charcoal backdrop. I love the look of the charcoal with dark clothing on; it looks so polished and timeless. Which one is your favourite?
