Maria, 11 Days Old: Newborn + Baby Photography Session, St. John’s, NL

Maria came for her newborn photos at 11 days old. We discussed doing a colour palette similar to her older sister’s photos 2 years ago, lavender and pinks, with some cute prop shots, so mom could do some side by side prints of her two sweet girls. Maria was amazing and such a happy little model. Maria’s dad is also a photographer and does his own printing, so no pressure, haha.

We started with the lavender, and then moved on to ‘ballet pink,' which is a backdrop and wrap combination from Freebird Prop Shoppe. Then we did a couple of shots in the baby bed from DIH Photography Props, along with some shots in a heart bowl and a cute box combo! Most of the headbands are from Vanilla Lullaby (my fave!).
